Q: What is your return Policy?
A: You may return an item within 30 days of purchase. Defective items will receive a replacement item, or a full refund. If you are not satisfied with the product, feel free to return any unused product and you will receive a refund of your purchase price. Please e-mail us at customerservice@greatoutdoorcooking.com and let us know if you want to return your item. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Q: How will products be shipped?
A: Generally ground shipments are sent via UPS or FedEx. You can specify ground, 1 day, 2 day, or 3 day shipments. 1 and 2 day shipments are sent via Fed Ex.
Q: When will my product be shipped?
A: Your product will be sent out within 24-48 hours of receiving your completed order.
Q: What if the item I want is sold out?
A: If you have purchased an item and we find out it is sold out, you will be notified within 24 hours and be given the opportunity to cancel and receive a refund, or to be placed on back-order and wait until it is back in stock and can be shipped to you.
Q: How can I pay for my order?
A: The quickest way to receive your order is to pay through our secure shopping cart/checkout system through Paypal. Paypal accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, eChecks, Bank transfers, and Paypal balances. You do not need to open an account to pay for your order.

Q: How much is sales tax?
A: You only pay sales tax if you are purchasing from Nevada. The Nevada sales tax rate is 7.75%.

A: Yes, your information is both private and safe on our website. We only use your information to process your purchase, and do not sell or share it with anyone.
