Barbeque Chicken
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
chicken broth or water
1 bottle favorite barbeque sauce

Place chicken in 12" dutch oven and pour chicken broth or water so that broth is level with chicken.  Cook with 12 briquettes under dutch oven and 12 briquettes on top of lid.  Boil about 1 hour until 2/3 broth is gone and stir in bottle of barbecue sauce.  Continue to cook for about 20 minutes and serve.  Chicken will be so tender and delicious!

Classic Peach Cobbler
1 cube butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 (30 oz.) cans peaches with juice
1 box yellow cake mix

Heat up 12" dutch oven on outdoor cooking stove.  Melt half cube of butter in bottom of dutch oven and sprinkle in brown sugar.  Mix together and  pour in can of peaches with juice.  Pour dry cake mix on top of peaches without stirring.  Cut rest of butter into slices and place on top of dry cake mix.  Place lid on dutch oven and cook with 10-12 briquettes under oven and about 15 on top of oven.  Cobbler should be ready in about 45 minutes.  Yummy served with vanilla ice cream or by itself.
